Though this article speaks of the corporate world I have had too many experiences to know it’s pretty much everywhere, in just about all fields. Yes, even in the teaching arenas. And it’s a huge reason why teachers leave, quit. Which is so unfortunate as the ones who pay the price for it end up being the students. 😔
